Yes. We bring everything needed — products and equipment — we just need access to water and electricity on-site.
How does pricing work — is it charged by the hour?
No. We always work with a fixed price, agreed before starting. That price covers the requested work, materials and travel — no surprises at the end.
How long does a clean take?
For a regular maintenance clean, it usually takes 2 to 4 hours, depending on the space. Deep cleans or one-time jobs can take longer, depending on the condition of the site.
Do I need to be present during the clean?
It depends on the type of space. For offices, shops and commercial spaces, we can work before or after business hours, without disrupting operations. For homes and short-term rentals, we agree on a time that suits you — you don't need to be there, as long as we have access.
Do you clean shop windows and storefronts before opening hours?
Yes. For shops, showrooms and commercial spaces, window and storefront cleaning can be done before opening to the public, so the space looks spotless from the start of the day.
Are the products safe for children and pets?
Yes. For these cases we use biodegradable products, safe for children and pets with no risk of irritation or allergies.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
We'll come back and fix whatever fell short, at no extra cost, within 48 hours.
Can I cancel or change the frequency?
